BJ`s Restaurant & Brewhouse in Round Rock

This was my first time to this location, but I have also been to a Louisiana location as well, where I’ve come to expect good food, bad, slow service, and for them to be out of something I order. The experience at the Tulsa location was similar, but the server didn’t do a bad job. Service was pretty average and decent. The atmosphere was really nice and clean. The black and blue burger was delicious! They have some good lunch deals. They were out of the cookie we were going to order, so we opted for peanut butter. It was good, but it looked kind of like someone had taken a bite out of it. I think what really happened was that the pan wasn’t filled enough. Trying to decide whether to give 3 or 4 stars, but opting for 3, given my overall experience at all the times I’ve been to BJ’s at any location.

I LOVE BJ’s. LeeAnn is an awesome Manager, all the servers and bartenders I’ve had have been wonderful, we frequent pretty regularly so there are to many to name. This is one of mine and my husbands favorite spots. I also love how they give a little snack type plate to the kiddos with fruit and a big piece of garlic bread! Every single beer and cocktail we’ve tried we have loved. My husband always gets the Jerry Burst and I have tried quite a bit of their cocktails, the Pink Cadillac is probably my favorite! BJ’s is the best place to go when you have no idea what you want to eat with such a large variety they have on their menu.

15 min before waitress blessed us with a visit. Water didn't arrive until I called the manager. First two tries at silver wear were dirty (not just water spots) . Wife's dinner arrived cold. On the upside, excellent Fish & Chips though bowls of malt vinegar makes it difficult to control how much you use.

Super nice guy (Keith) took my phone order and even remembered me when I got to the restaurant. Unfortunately my order was not complete when I opened it at home (missing a steak and toppings for 2 baked potatoes). Food was delicious!

Ordered through DoorDash. Got a deep dish pizza and clam chowder. The clam chowder is always amazing!

I was excited about BJ’s coming to Tulsa as I’ve been to the ones in Arkansas and Louisiana. I love the atmosphere and service. Things were a little hectic and maybe not standard service but that’s due to them just getting open. It was really busy when I went and service was good. The food was great! Definitely get the lettuce wrap as an appetizer, thank me later. Enjoyed our meal very much. The only knock I have is the table we were sitting at was so close to the booths that we would have to move up or get up to allow someone in a wheelchair pass. That might be a hazard or accessibility issue, but everything else was great.

Was here doing a doordash order and we absolutely LOVED Keith in take out!!! He is amazing!! He ran to open the door for us, made us feel welcome, and talked to us a ton!! He even gave us a free drink for our wait! Gave such a good impression on BJ’s! Give him a raise!!!!!

My family has been enjoying eating at BJs was before they rolled in to Tulsa. We were excited when we noticed the coming soon sign! We were not disappointed! We had chips and dip for the appetizer, make sure you ask for your refill if you run out! I ordered the jambalaya, it’s my all time favorite! If you like spicy ask for extra seasoning on the side, to give it some extra spice/ flavor. My husband enjoyed a hamburger. My Dad got the boneless wings, they were good! My mom got the calamari appetizer for her meal. The side salads we ordered were good, I’m not sure how you would need that up. I would say the server could have been more aware of our needs and being us our requests faster, but he was nice. Over all a great visit, we will be back!

The food was great Kagan was a server tonight and she made our 18th anniversary dinner great. Even the bathroom were clean. All in all great place

It's interesting how it can be the exact same restaurant but different places and be a totally different vibe, flavor, and variety of food. I went to the one in the city the day before and was blown away at how good the food way and the portion sizes. So then I told my husband about it the next day when I got back in town and we went and it was like a totally different place. The beef, which I understand we have a shortage in the states right now, was cold and very little, the guacamole was basically frozen overall I prefer the one in the city.but they did fix the meal when I told them what seemed wrong.Once they fixed it it was better but I still felt let down cause my husband was not impressed. I would go back but maybe at a earlier time, perhaps that's what the difference was.

We love going to BJ Brewhouse! The food is great and prices are reasonable. The staff are very friendly and kind and try very hard to make your sure your meal is the way that you like it. Great Job BJ Brewhouse!

Ordered Pizza for delivery and it arrived on time and was pretty good pizza. Only downsides were that the BBQ chicken pizza barely had any BBQ taste. Seemed like maybe a drizzle of BBQ sauce on what was otherwise just decent chicken pizza, and then the price wasn't really that good for the size. Not bad when you get it with a special discount price, but I wouldn't pay the regular price for it.

Went on a Tuesday night for hamburgers, and the hamburgers arrived, we were told fresh fries is on the way, it took at least 10 mins before we received the fries, an the buns were cold. One of the young male waiters reached over my plate to give the fries out, I asked him not reach over my food, n said that's how he serves the other guests their food!.. That was the wrong thing to say to a customer!.. An excuse me would have been the appropriate thing to say..Not a great experience for me at all.. I will really have to think if I ever return to this established ever again in the near future..

The very first time I tried the mini pizza it was really good the second time it wasn't really good but it was still a good pizza I'm going to stick with them..

I have been to this establishment 3 times. Every single time the service was not up to par. They seem to have good food but you do not get it in a timely manner. I will not be back.

WOOOOW!!!!! I LOVE THIS PLACE. 2 days ago I had them for The First time. Let me tell you 🙂 The staff are awesome! The drinks are awesome! The inside is perfect! BUT THE FOOD IS TO DIE FOR. I HAVE BEEN WANTING MORE OF THE FOOD. SO NOW I AM EATING HERE AGAIN🤗👍😍

From the hostess to our waiter everyone was super friendly and helpful! Avocado egg rolls were TO DIE FOR, dinner was delicious!! We will definitely be coming back!
